What I Provide:
Emotional Support
- I offer encouragement, reassurance, and a compassionate presence during a time that can be overwhelming. I help reduce feelings of anxiety and isolation by being a consistent, supportive figure.
Physical Support
- If we are able to work in person, I can assist with light household chores, such as cooking, cleaning, and organizing, to allow you, as a new mother, to focus on recovery and bonding with your baby. I also provide infant care, including diapering, feeding, and comforting the baby, which allows you to get valuable rest.
Nutrition Guidance
- I offer nutrition guidance to support your healing and recovery, to support breastfeeding, to help mange hormone fluctuations and to prevent postpartum complications, such as anemia or fatigue.
Breastfeeding Support
- Along with providing breastfeeding techniques and troubleshooting issues like latch problems or engorgement, I will provide encouragement if you are navigating the challenges of nursing and/or pumping.
Infant Care Education
- I offer guidance on newborn care, such as soothing techniques, sleep routines, and understanding infant cues, helping you feel more confident in your caregiving role.
Partner Support
- I offer tips to your partner on how to support you and share responsibilities during the postpartum period.
Postpartum Recovery
- Whether you had a vaginal delivery or cesarean section, I provide physical recovery strategies like fitness plans and pelvic floor exercises tailored to your needs. I address concerns related to postpartum healing such as Diastasis Recti, and I offer guidance on the priority of self-care.
Referrals and Resources
- I will connect you and your family with additional resources, such as lactation consultants, support groups, or mental health professionals if needed, ensuring you have access to the services you require for a smooth recovery.
A Non-Judgmental Presence
- I provide support without judgment, respecting your family’s choices regarding parenting, feeding, and recovery. My goal is to help families feel empowered and confident in their decisions.
What my clients say about me:
"I just wanted to say thank you! Because of the tools you gave me early on, my diastasis recti has healed, and I had the best postpartum experience this time after a successful vbac.
This recovery experience has been night and day compared to my first. I'm so grateful for and appreciative of the work you do!"

"The
Postpartum Plan is amazing and so is Jayme. She is so passionate, helpful, quick to respond, and so full of knowledge. I cam into this program tired every day, eating way too much junk food, and having no clue on how to start my postpartum journey. I didn't want a "fad" diet but something I could use long term and after another pregnancy.
Jayme helped me with my pelvic floor recovery, creating personalized at home workouts, nutrition advice and accountability. I still have a ways to go with my recovery but I'm loving my workouts, I have more energy, I am not peeing every time I jump on the trampoline with my son. I'm excited to continue with this program on my own and continue to see more results.
