What I Provide:

Safe Exercise Programs

  • I create customized workout plans that are safe for each trimester, taking into account your goals, fitness level, and any pregnancy complications. 

Core and Pelvic Floor Strength

  • I provide exercises to strengthen the core and pelvic floor muscles, which are critical for supporting your growing baby, preventing discomfort, and preparing you for labour and delivery.

Education on Proper Technique 

  • I ensure exercises are performed safely to prevent injury or strain on your baby and your body. 

Education on Exercise Modifications 

  • I modify exercises appropriately to accommodate physical changes like weight gain, joint looseness, and shifts in balance.

Postpartum Recovery 

  • I provide exercises in the early postpartum stage to help you restore muscle strength, particularly in the core and pelvic floor, which can be weakened during pregnancy and delivery.

Breastfeeding Considerations

  • I provide advice on how exercise can impact breastfeeding and suggest appropriate timings and types of exercises that do not interfere with your milk supply.
